As the teams lead Engineer, Steve is in charge with data collection for Will on and off the track. Steve works closely with Will to determine the best settings.

With his background as a former Marine Aviation Ordnance Technician in combat during Operation Iraqi Freedom, Steve's control under pressure is unsurpassed. He has been an integral part of the team since 2007. Steve is also a certified aircraft mechanic and an avid motorcycle rider and enthusiast.
