G2 Moto was founded in 2006 to become a premier organization for corporate sponsors and fans managing competitive motorcycle race teams. Our goal is to debut and campaign in the AMA Daytona Sportbike series. While we work to reach the AMA, we continue to test, practice and race in the CCS Southwest series. |

|
April 29, 2009 - Danielle Sabo, a senior at Basha High School in Chandler, Arizona, was awarded the winner of the G2 Moto 2008 Video Challenge. G2 Moto Team Director Alex Knox went to the television production class of Mr. Wade Fadness, M.Ed., where he presented Danielle the award in front of her classmates. Danielle received a winner's certificate, team hat and decal, along with a gift certificate for a 2-up ride on the AZTrackDay.com's two-place superbike. Riding on the back of this specially built superbike will allow Danielle to experience the speed and thrill of racing a superbike on the track. Danielle's video will continue to appear on the team website at www.G2MotoRacing.com. We congratulate Danielle on her video and want to thank her and all the Basha High School students along with their teacher, Mr. Wade Fadness, for their participation and artistic talents.

G2 Moto Opens 2009 Season With Two Riders |

April 30, 2009 - G2 Moto opened its 2009 CCS Southwest season with two riders. Returning this season is Lead Rider, Will Harfert, sporting a new race number, #96. Joining Will as new Team Rider is Nathan Mitchell #131. Both Will and Nathan were in three classes during the CCS Southwest races held on April 19, 2009 at the Firebird International Raceway East Track. Racing was difficult for the #96 bike due to a wheel/tire change that the team is testing for the AMA Daytona Sportbike class. This combination is considerably different from what was run last season. This change required the G2 Moto crew of Crew Chief Mike Kuper and Lead Engineer Steve Guffee to make suspension adjustments to the #96 bike for better geometry on the new wheel/tire combination. As evident by our testing, the lap times during the weekend improved. Still, more work needs to be done to get back to where the #96 bike was last Fall. The #131 bike of Nathan Mitchell is more stock than the #96 bike and needed fewer suspension changes since it has never been off the AMA Sportbike wheel/tire specifications. Nathan, new to the CCS circuit, was getting used to the traffic and working the bike hard. This race weekend was his first in the CCS and he proved himself to be a great competitor. |
